Service Jockey makes providing our visitors and users with a professional, safe, and secure website experience our top priority. If you have any questions, comments, or issues with servicejockey.com or one of our affiliates please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. Your satisfaction with our site and service is a priority and immediate concern for us. Service Jockey's purpose is to be an advocate for you, the customer. While our main principles are helping customers realize the value in their service needs and obtaining competitive quotes, we are also committed to making sure that the services you need are of the highest in quality. That’s why we offer the Service Jockey Quality Assurance. Our Quality Assurance Team is designed exclusively for Service Jockey members. If you have a qualified (see below for qualifying terms) complaint with a service provider you contacted through the Service Jockey network, we’ll contact the provider in question on your behalf and restore communication. While we cannot strong-arm a provider to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we find Service Jockey’s power in numbers to be very persuasive. We have helped members get refunds, repairs and redos for all types of services. However, we cannot guarantee a solution. Providers that do not co-operate or respond to complaints are immediately suspended from the Service Jockey network. To qualify: 1) Members must have first attempted to contact the service provider about the complaint directly. 2) We must verify that you contacted the Service Provider through the Service Jockey Network within 30 days of the date the work was preformed. 3) The complaint must be current. 4) Members cannot be in litigation with the provider. Further, Service Jockey will be unable to accept a case if the issue has gone through binding arbitration with the appropriate governing board, or if a member has accepted a settlement from the service provider's insurance company. 5) You must provide a written statement from the provider outlining the agreement and nature of the work you contracted for. To start the complaint you will need to click on the link at the bottom of this page and complete the questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is completed and you have submitted the required supporting documentation, we will send the provider an informative letter explaining your complaints as well as your desired resolution. In this letter we give the provider a specific time frame in which they are to provide a written response (generally 2-4 weeks). Please note: You have the final say as to whether you feel the issue is resolved or not. If the provider agreed to your requested resolution, or supplied a counter that you find acceptable, the case will be closed as resolved. However if the provider does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, your report will continue to affect the company's standing and rating with Service Jockey. Service Jockey will not accept any vulgar language or personal attacks on providers or any member of the company or practice. Service Jockey does not offer legal counsel. Should you require legal counsel, you will have to consult with a lawyer. There are many other avenues you can pursue, such as filing a complaint with media programs, trade associations, the Better Business Bureau, the state Attorney General's office and local and national consumer advocacy groups. In the case of issues with health care providers, you should contact your state's medical licensing board as well. You are welcome to pursue these avenues during or after this process. We can also give you contact references for many of these other sources. Use the Contact page to open a complaint.
